About Me

      A majority of my life has been devoted to helping  clients dreams come true one home at a time. As a hands-on remodeler I have personally remodeled more than most will see in their lifetime giving me a unique perspective of a home. 

       Several years ago I decided to take the knowledge that has been  acquired during my construction years and apply it towards helping educate home buyers and/or sellers about the home, allowing them the ability to make a smart and educated decision during their home buying/selling experience, and help get the best value out of their hard-earned dollar.

     Having a keen eye for detail and years of construction and inspection experience, that knowledge has been transferred to every inspection I perform assuring  your home inspection will be completed with the same degree of thoroughness, integrity, attention to detail and care as if I were buying the home for myself.  As for the quality of my inspections my website says it all .
